LOCALLY OWNED · PERSONALLY INVESTED
A BETTER ROOFING EXPERIENCE
Cap City Roofing was built on a simple premise: good people and quality craftsmanship speak for themselves. As an established South Carolina business, we offer a personal, accountable alternative in an industry that too often feels rushed or sales-driven.
We take a practical, no-pressure approach to every home. Whether you are addressing lingering storm damage or simply need a clear assessment of an aging roof, our hands-on team handles your project with complete transparency and local pride. We were here before the storm, we are here today, and we will be here tomorrow.
CRAFTSMANSHIP & LEADERSHIP
Cap City Roofing is led by real tradesmen with deep roots in our local community. Founded by Rob, a disabled veteran, alongside his long-time partner Sean, our team brings decades of hands-on experience across roofing and exterior construction. Adding Liese, we became proudly veteran, Black and woman-owned and added decades of organizational leadership to our team. We operate like extended family and pair master-level trade skills with strong back-office management. You get the personal care and direct accountability of a local contractor, backed by the organization and reliability of a seasoned professional team.
